    1. What surface do you use to compress the snus in your icetool?

The lid of the can most of the time. Sometimes my fingers or thumb.

    2. How do you rid the icetool of the cling on snus that sticks to the side of the icetool?

I just sweep the cling back into the can. No sense wasting good tobacco.

    3. Do you find that snus that dries out a little actually forms a better pris in the icetool?

Yes. Hand baking is the way to go, but if the snus is too dry, I bust out the icetool.

I use the bottom of the tin to load it, a finger to wipe the side of the icetool by spinning the 'tool, then fold over the wiped snus into the end, hold, and compress. Result : perfectly clean icetool, no dirty fingers, perfect pris 8)

    1. What surface do you use to compress the snus in your icetool?

The lid of the snus can.

    2. How do you rid the icetool of the cling on snus that sticks to the side of the icetool?

I take the side of my index finger of the non-icetool hand and wipe the bits back into the can.

    3. Do you find that snus that dries out a little actually forms a better pris in the icetool?

Actually, yes... but if it gets too dry, the nicotine hit is less.

    1. What surface do you use to compress the snus in your icetool?

The bottom of the can -UNLESS it's the waxed cardboard can a.k.a. Swedish Match lös can (i'm not too keen on snusing wax - tho i doubt it would harm me)

    2. How do you rid the icetool of the cling on snus that sticks to the side of the icetool?

Since i snus lös only at home, i rinse it with filtered water which come out from a small spiggot in my kitchen. I have to be sure to rinse the sink too (with just regular tap water) 'cause the tobacco will leave little stains in the sink, and since my wife doesn't snus i have to do my part to keep a harmonious household.

    3. Do you find that snus that dries out a little actually forms a better pris in the icetool?

Yup. The first few are too wet and seem to be "snusalanche" prone, but this also depends on the snus brand.

    Here are my answers....

    1. The bottom of my snus can or my thumb.

    2. I put the end in my mouth to clean it off. You don't want to waste any snus....J/K...I wipe it off back into my tin with my fingers.

    3. I find the more finely cut snus forms a decent pris a bit dried out. The more course snus doesn't. However, what's deemed a "good" pris to one, might not be to another.

I'm sure you'll get answers from both sides of the fence.
