    Scaling back

So when I quit smoking I bought a TON of stark stark and only stark portions...after three weeks, I can't handle one in my mouth more than 15 or so minutes before I feel queasy and my throat hurts.

I just got some regular white portions in today, I can keep those in until they turn to mud. I think I'm going to start doing regular los and regular white portions (I don't like original portions for some reason), with an N&J stark thrown in here and there since they're tasty.

Does anyone else here have to get rid of starks after a time? Do you prefer white or regular to deliver a good flow of nicotine?

I keep some starks around just for those times when my brain says, "Hey, I need some nicotine or we're going to buy a pack of smokes!"

Works every time. I couldn't use starks on a regular basis, though.

My blood was boiling half an hour ago because I had to change the password on my email account and can't access my blackberry email account to update it since I have no clue what my username is.
      I was getting sh*tpissed!
Popped a portion of Claq Qui, life is good.
That's what I keep them around for. That and when I need extra focus when I'm writing.

I have a few starks, and extra stark, but I haven't gotten around to using them yet. I did try one Claq Qui portion, but didn't notice anything different. I'll pull some stark out of the freezer once I empty a couple of more "in use" cans.

VBSnus, the general arc of my snus usage was like this. Sterks only for the first 3 -4 months I used snus, then dialed down to regulars for about another 10 months. Then suddenly, regulars too much, and switched over to whtes.

So, over 20 months, started out with the strongest hit all the time, backed it down with regulars, and eventually backed it down a bit further, or at least slowed it with Whites.

So yeah, you make sense to me.
