What to drink while using snus

Having just quit smoking using snus (7 days now), and being a weekend warrior loving my beer... I was a bit worried about the association between beer and smokes - I would normally have a beer in one hand and a smoke in the other. So, on a whim I bought a bottle of inexpensive Ruby Port on the weekend. It was really pleasant with my Thunder ES portion! Or maybe my tastebuds are still fried from all the smoking. Guess I'll have to try again in a couple of days

Mint snus pairs great with a cup of hot coffee (or chocolate).

Coffee seems like a go-to for any snus if you don't have any of your other favourite drinks on hand, I prefer to brew Illy Espresso blend.

Camel White Portion - goes really good with Coke Light

Skruf Cranberry Portion - surprisingly tastes nice with milk tea. Warning: this snus doesn't pair well with Heineken in my experience :S

Skruf Stark Portion - Never heard of anyone mentioning snus with wine but I was drinking Villa Antinori when I had a portion of this in and the earthy notes of the wine fit well with the bergamot in this snus.

Has anybody tried Innis & Gunn beer? I haven't until tonight but I picked up a couple of bottles on the way home from work just to try it. On the bottle it claims to be "smooth Scottish beer with hints of toffee, vanilla and oak." It's absolutely delicious but I wasn't sure what to snus with it. I had a General Onyx in at the time and they didn't seem to work too well together. Then I pulled out a Thunder Coffee Supreme I had in the freezer and I must say they pair wonderfully. I think a coffee/vanilla snus as has been mentioned here in the past would work even better.

Too bad it's an obscure beer (at least in these parts) and a limited edition snus but I think it's great when you find a beverage/snus combination that works.
