So i was wondering, is storing your snus in a fridge worth it? I'm thinking of buying a mini fridge for like 60 dollars and im just checking to see if its worth buying. I'm unable to store it in my fridge now, so id have to buy a separate one. Whats the shelf life for unopened and opened snus w/o refrigeration?

Get one. A must have, IMO.

Snus retains its flavor and moistness in a fridge. However, I would say keeping it out for several days wouldn't be a problem. But do you really want to keep ordering more each couple days or just stock up.


They have nice microfridges on ebay, I got one for 40 dollars. I actually could sell it to you, since i went all out on my own snus fridge.

But, yeah, get one, you won't regret it.

I do not think it is necessary, but........ It is one of those things where.....if you want one......good enough reason. I just put them in something air tight and order often. The shipping from Northerner negates the savings of buying large amounts at once.

funny thing...i live in northwest montana, and a good portion of the year like id say at least 7 months of the year the temperatures are below 40 degrees F, and night time averages for those 7 months are usually in the low to mid 20's F...so i rigged up a little deal that hangs on the outside of my window to keep my snus in...and then when i want some snus i just walk over to the window, slide it open a little and grab it...this works great for those 7 or so months, its like the great outdoors is my refrigerator! (sometimes getting colder than id like it to, try negative 40F...poor snus)
