I don't **** with expresso; regular black coffee with no sugar or creamer is my daily. All that stuff people add is half of the problem, anyway. :P

Even then, I have problems sleeping if I drink any kind of coffee after work.

Jason I could not agree more. Two or three cups of black generic Arabic coffee in the morning is all I need for the day.

I go through phases of drinking caffiene..

Sometimes I'll just stop drinking it all together for a few months, when I start getting too much of a tolerance to it.

On those few occasions that I overdo it with the caffiene and can't sleep, I take a sleepaid called SimplySleep. its OTC, and just helps ya relax, doesn't knock you out.

Got three General ES in right now...probably not the best idea since i had a random out of the blue nose bleed(weird cuz it NEVER happens) that was the first time in about 2 years...but oh well i feel good right now 8)

since you fellas are showing some interest, I figured I'd add that when I got a home espresso maker 4 months back, my life changed forever.

regular coffee now seems a waste... like a 4mg portion. Ok in a bind, but not really comparable to the genuine article.

You know, per serving, espresso has less caffieine in it than a 6 oz. cup of coffee. Now if you're drinking 6 oz. cups of espresso, well that's a different story

Nic overdoses are f*****g horrible, I had one a couple of weeks ago. My heart was beating like a maniac, with shooting pains down my legs. Thought I was going to have a heart attack.

I think over 4 weeks I have got to know my snus limit. I learnt the hard way though.
