30-45 minutes. I don't use los, and yeah.

I keep it in anywhere from 15 min-an hour.

it really depends on my mood. Usually when I've been drinking is when it stays in for an hour (sometimes more).

Usually only 30 min. When I first started I kept one in for about an hour and maybe a bit more but now I get the flavor and the nic and quit trying to milk it.

On another note... I have really increased my usage since school started. I was using 6-8 a day before and now using over half a can a day. Stress is a real bitch.

what can help you use less snus is using a stronger snus for those stressful times. I know I said it somewhere else on here, but I use General Ekstra Sterk when I'm having one of those days.

I usually have my portions in until they are just a wet bag, and then I put in a new one. :P How long that takes varies a lot, can be 30 mins and 3 hours. x)

Ditto to that. Usually it'll take me an hour and a half to two hours.
