    Freezer question

I have a huge freezer chest with nothing in it at all. Only problem is...it stinks inside. I sprayed it the best I could with some cleaner and I left the lid open for a bit to get some air in there. If there are tins in there inside a ziplock bag will the smell get in the snus at all?

Also, what's the best way to clean the freezer of the smell? I don't have baking soda so maybe bleach?

Bleach would probably work. I would only use it diluted with water at 10% bleach. If it's not too hard to move, you could try putting it out in the sun for awhile with the lid open. Once you get the smell out, put a box of baking soda in there to keep it fresh smelling. If you can't get the smell out, ziplock freezer bags should help keep the stink off your snus. Good luck!

It's not going anywhere...it probably weighs more than me. I have the lid propped open right now and I'll try mixing the bleach with water. I'll either put newspapers in there to absorb the smell or figure something out...thanks!

I just don't want the stink to penetrate the ziplock bags and into my snus. Maybe I'll double ziplock it if I can't get the smell out.

Nevermind, found out the smell was mainly the shed itself...I stuck my head in the freezer and it reminded me of a grocery store. Still, I unplugged it and plan on scrubbing it down with bleach just in case.
