      I wouldn't order something that's out of stock, you're just asking for problems. What EVERYBODY here can do is CALL YOUR BANK and dispute the charges and your bank will dispute it for you and give you your money back. If you are so upset with Northerner and aren't getting any customer service, call your bank, that's what they are there for.

        It is against the merchant terms for visa and master card.

          Northerner and the newly acquired getsnus.com (very sad that that Northerner took over them) are the most godawful sites to order snus from.I HATE Northerner with a passion and the whole time they have been in business they have been horrible.Everytime I hear about Northerner it just makes me want to go punch a baby.They do not know how to run a business and their prices are ridiculous.Tons of people are going to jump all over me because of this post and I dont really give a shit.Northerner just makes me furious.I wish they and all of their die hard customers would jump off a cliff.Since Getsnus is now owned by the crappy Northerner, its SnusCentral for life.

                        I placed an order with Northerner yesterday had it shipped second day air. I placed the order in the morning and it showed as being shipped by around noon and I have recieved 2 phone calls from UPS stating someone needs to be there to sign for it and what would happen in case no one is able to sign for it. Scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Im a happy Northerner customer no problems on any of the orders I have put in with them.

                          Northerner shipped the second part of the order I placed on the 25th of last month to the wrong address after multiple emails asking them not to ship it there. I'm not happy with them.

                            I ordered from Northerner on June 22nd. My order is listed as shipped. I have no tracking number. I have no shipment. I have emailed them 4 times in the last week and a half and have received no replies, nothing. I don't care if they are a bit behind. Not to respond to FOUR emails about a package listed as shipped and not received? Thats BAD Customer Service no matter how busy they are.

                            I LOVED Getsnus before northerner took over. Being in PA, I would order one day, and receive the next. It was the BEST. Now, not so good.

                              Since the new law was passed in USA we have received an extreme amout of e-mails, this has unfortunately made the respons time very long. We will have more people answearing e-mails tomorrow. We will answear your question as soon as we can, we apologize about the long respons time. In August or September we will also open up a 800-number for customers to call. We will employ one person in the US who will work with customer support.

                              We will ship these brands as soon as we receive them from our supplier. We apologize for the delay!
