Yes and then I empty it into a toilet when I have three or four portions. I don't know if that's bad but figure since people flush dip, cigarette butts, and tampons it must be fine. Los or dip I just but it in a bottle or on the ground since it biodegrades and apparently people use cigar stub as compost. Probably the same people who recycle their dip lids all one percent of them.
