Lowest Nicotine content in some loose snus?

I'm looking for a snus that has a very mild nicotine kick if any at all in a loose snus.
General and Ettan give make me dizzy/foggy and I don't feel comfortable with that effect, especially when driving.
If anybody can give me some brand names of snus that have a weak nic hit, it would be great. Thanks.

Almost all regular snus has 8mg nicotine per gram, both with loose and portions. Ettan and General Los both have 8mg, so your only option is to use a smaller amount/pris. You of course could use a mini portion at 4mg per 1/2 gram, but you'd get the same amount just using 1/2 gram of loose. But you will eventually adjust to the higher nicotine after repeated use if you choose to do so.

But as I understand it some loose hits harder than others, so others should be able to chime in regarding that.

But is there any loose/los snus that feels gentler with its nic?

Honestly bud, if you can't stand the normal 8mg try just giving it all up together. It'll save you money in the long run, won't have the monkey on your back anymore and you'll feel better.

If not, then switch for mini portions.

Northerner.com has several tobacco free brands of snus which will have no nic. I do not know if any are los though. You can check them out here:

              http://www.northerner.com/en/snus/No...acco_Free-277/

Also the standard nic level for mini portions is around 4 (avoid the mini starks). This is about half the nic of a normal amount of los. Thus this might be an option for you.

You might also want to consider not using snus at all. If you don't have a nicotine need, I would advise you to think long about developing one.

              Hope this helps.

                  What he said.

As much as I like snus, I wouldn't be using it if I wasn't a serious nicotine addict. Once I've comfortably left cigarettes behind me, I plan to work myself down in nicotine with snus until I can give it up completely. Although I'm not really worried about how long that takes with snus.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

I was doing some research and found out that some dip has lower nic content like Hawken WG, might try that out.
Never tried dip yet, but I wonder what the new US Tobbaco law will do to it.
Like will they try to cut down on TSNAs like the Swedish do?

                      THIS!

Seriously, I'm sick as hell with a damn sinus infection. Took me practically blowing off my skull and burning my whole nasal cavities just to stop snuffing till better after my attempt this morning. Now I've wasted about 8 portions of snus today - can't taste shit but guess what... Still craving my nicotine. Yes, I'm an addict. Trust me, if an 8mg or 4mg is kicking your arse now, just STOP WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

There are plenty of no-tobacco chews on the market if sticking shit in your mouth is your main gig. Google is your friend: Non tobacco chew dip snus

Cheers! Now put the F...ing tobacco down while you still can.

I went through an oral fixation phase where the nic didn't matter to me anywhere near as much as the process. There was a point when I was using dip at a good rate that I just wanted that packed lip of some good flavor more than I wanted the nic. Even with snus now I like the comfort of a portion in even when the nic is a bit too much to take. That happens at night usually when I get over eight or so portions in a day always starting with a sterk.

I've tried the alternative products like the corn silk stuff of which I found Smokey Mountain to be the best but it just didn't do it for me.

I have an aversion to mint so the mint ones didn't appeal to me. I've tried to make my own and it was terrible so I guess I just gave up. It's the tobacco taste that I truly enjoy. That's the problem with the alternatives IMO. They just don't have the taste right. Smokey Mountain had the mouth feel thing down right though, you might want to try that.

General and Ettan snus have a high pH level at 8.9. I would recommend trying Roda Lacket or Gotlandssnus Los, since the pH levels are in the 8.3 range. When snus has a higher pH, the nicotine is absorbed more easily.

Liandri, snusdog, and LaZeR all said it best but somehow it warrants repeating: dude, if normal snus is too much nic for you this is an excellent opportunity to QUIT. No one else who smokes, dips, chews, snuffs, or snuses thinks to themselves "I would like to continue this expensive and harmful habit but there's too much nicotine". We damn-near can't get enough of what we are addicted to. Pot smokers and crackheads don't ask their dealers to "break out the shitty stuff, I need the weekest shit you have man" lol. I say consider yourself LUCKY and turn away. If anyone can break a bad habit (yeah I called it bad) then it's you my friend. Good luck with whatever you decide, but if you still need nicotine, Tom had the only other viable suggestion: just use between 0.1 and 0.5 grams. There is no Los Lite.

                              Thanks for this info.

I used to smoke from time to time but not regularly and snused about a year ago but my girl didn't like it at all, so I stopped.
The taste of snus and it being smokeless is drawing me to it, I miss it. 8)
