i see no difference than anyother fine cut dip/snuff.
seems to pack decent, not falling apart, and i'm not spitting.
now the roda sh@t looks a little more challenging.
and honestly ettan tastes terrible at the moment...but then again so did skoal/beer/crabmeat/etc when i first tried it.

The Roda can be done, I did it in the shower in case it became a mess but it holds better in the bottom than the top for me. It also tastes better there and was really a good experience.

i'm loving the image of ettan, the color of the can and the tradition...but the taste not so much.

I dislike Ettan and Grovsnus myself. I also go through phases with General. Some days love it, rest of the time don't want it. Don't quit on it yet, though. Hang onto the can and revisit it in a week or two. Some snuses grow on you. It's weird like that. I first disliked Roda Lacket los but finished the can. Two weeks later I couldn't order more fast enough.

I'm glad you posted on the offroad flavor. I got a roll of the long cut version coming blind (15 bucks at get snus) and figured if I didn't like it i could give it to my "trying to quit Skoal long cut wintergreen with little success" brother in law. He might dig it.

Early last year I disliked General.
This year, I use it all the time.

Early last year, I loved Thunder Frosted.
Now, I rarely use it.

Tastes evolve and change. Don't throw anything away, just save and revisit.

I'm with you, Offroad wintergreen is my favorite loose snus so far. There's something about that wintergreen flavor that goes perfectly with tobacco for me. It's weird because I don't like wintergreen flavored gum or breath mints, etc.

I still appreciate the more traditional snus's, but I'll always have a supply of Offroad wintergreen on hand. That and Oden's kanel. Don't let the cinnamon scare you, it's not overpowering and also goes perfectly with tobacco in my opinion. If you haven't tried it, do. Sounds like our tastes are pretty similar.

ettan is very mild in taste, i love it though. roda lacket is almost exactly like it, but finer. i should try skruf los sometime, ive always despised the portions though.

i still say you gotta get with some phantom!

which kind? i like the brown, but blue is good too, if you can dig the "blue" taste. never had the original. i just like the cut of phantom. molds well, stays put.

Glad you found what you were after. I do second the others who advise not to throw anything away. Freeze it and revisit it in a few months.

Also, give Phantom blue a go (that is when the room stops spinning :wink. Good stuff
