Really? Didn't it start at 20, then go to 15? In another year, there'll be 1 huge portion in the tin. Single serving :^D

The 12 portions is the ' Trial Size' tins they brought back for some reason.. Thats why their priced dropped a few bucks too.

I can't find a picture of the trial size/travel pack/whatever its called anywhere

Either way. Smaller, less portions, less expensive.

Its the same exact tin, just with 12 portions instead of 15.. Nothing different about the can. You probably wont even notice whether you have a regular tin or a trial tin unless you read the bottom of the tin where it will say " Trial Size 12 pouches "

I can't understand why anyone would care, either... What's the difference between fifteen and twelve? Both are skimpy numbers for the money. Just drop the price already! If you can't bring yourself to pack twenty or twenty-four pieces into that pretty tin.

Twenty-four=number of portions in a can of Swedish snus
Twenty-and-up=number of portions in a can of portioned dip
Twenty=number of cigs in a pack
Fifteen=number of portions in CAMEL can, 'cause it's CAMEL and... you're going for the market of cigarette smokers... who see "fifteen" and think... what? "Three quarters of my usual unit of nicotine delivery devices. Hell, why not?"
Twelve=makes it a "trial" size Camel can... what?...why does three fewer pieces make it a "trial"?

The focus group panels must have been really interesting.

                      I am with you.

But before I started the 'real' thing and was only using Camel all I would buy was the trial size. The regular tins were twice as high and you only got 3 more portions per can. The only difference is that the trial size says 'trial size' and the regular can doesn't. Oh and the amount of portions per tin.

I'm just interested to try the new Robust style if I ever see it, though my hopes are not high.

I've got a can of the 'full size' (I think) frosted in the fridge. It's about 4 months old now. Maybe it will be worth something someday :?:

I thought Thunder frost had given Camel Frost such a kicking it was never coming back.

I took a tin of camel from box pass 2.0 and I still haven't tried it yet. I either never will, or I'll bust into it someday when I decide to quit tobacco altogether. I'll use it out of desperation. If anyone is interested in trying Camel strips or orbs I have some of those too. I think they're only available in Oregon and Texas?
