General Onyx

I received a big order from buysnus.com today. It arrived in only 4 days! :wink: I opened up two cans so far. I'm very impressed with General Onyx. I love the new can design and it's really cool that the portions are spiraled but honesty i think that the normal general tastes a little better. Onyx is still awesome but the other is just slightly higher in taste IMO. You should try it though, very good.

I also tried Goteborg's Rape #2. It's not bad, but i don't think it's as good as the original. it tastes weird but not in a bad way necessarily. It's just a little foreign tasting right now.

Also i think my previous critiques might have been flawed. For some reason my snus tastes the best right when i receive the shipment. all the cans i freeze and thaw taste like cardboard afterwards. This time i'm keeping my whole supply refridgerated and hopefully that'll keep the taste fresh. I have a whole roll of general portions in my freezer. I think i'll keep it there as my 'In case I run out of snus' emergency stash. 8)

General Onyx is great. I like it better than the regular General, but I can see why you might like the other more. Onyx is kind of sweet. I can't really handle it all day long (though some days I get into an "Onyx mood"), but nothing beats eating a big meal and finishing off with a portion of Onyx for desert.

Gotborgs Rape #2 is another one that I really, really enjoy but that I don't use all day long. I'm just a fan of lingonberry in general, but mix it with some Goteborgs and you've got one of my favorite sweet brands.

I sure do love me some lingonberry jam. Lingonberry on wheat toast, on white toast, on bagels, on anything... lovely stuff.

Onyx is good but I find basic general a bit better. Black bags are sweet and someone has seen a big trouble while arrange portions in figure as they are in a can..

Good thin in onyx is allso that it contains about 40% more nicotine (ca 11 mg/pouch) than a normal bag (ca 8mg/pouch) so it gives a better "boost".. (like Nick and Johny too)

Onyx is one of my all time favorites. The flavor is strong, but at the same time subtle. I like it better than the regular General portions. I can't do 1 right after the other, but then I'm like that with most snus. I like changing them up.

Our tastes seem similar, but just a little bit off. I like the Rape #2, but I'm not that crazy about the regular Rape. The tartness of the Lingon really wins out for me.
