Anybody used snus to quit Pot?

      Yepper........everyday..........sometimes, several times a day.

usually when I'm done smokin I put in a portion.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Marijuana is different. I think it's because it works on the psyche differently and when it comes to that people are so very different that one's ability to use marijuana could be very different from the next guy.

        Thank you for your service.

It would be a heck of a lot easier to stop smoking pot that it will be to stop using tobacco. That I can tell you for sure. Stopping them...ugh the withdrawals are retched.

when I drastically decreased the frequency I had used I experienced a bit of a difficult time falling asleep. Then I'd turn to coffee to help from being tired. Well that's just going from one chemical to another really. AND to one that is more addictive.

It's too bad that society views marijuana as it does. Some people should never be allowed to use it, that's for sure but some can handle it. Some use too much. Some are just not bright. Some people experience benefits from it. Some people are just indifferent. Humans are weird.

The easiest way to stop smoking pot is to smoke 'Skunk' weed. Skunk weed is mostly smoked in the EU it is genetically modified to have an unatural level of THC.

This weed is favoured by dealers as it is cheap quality weed that can be grown inside 'weed farms' in peoples houses for very little cost.

The weed gets you really 'monged' as chavs call it here in London. So the kids think is really high quality (which it is not)

However unbeknown to the smokers is that cannabis in its natural state has another property called a 'cannaboid' that is an anti anxiety agent that cancels out the damaging effects of THC. This cannoboid is not present in high enough quantities in skunk weed.

So my point is smoke as much 'skunk' weed as you can, this will make you so paranoid and schitzo you will never want to smoke weed ever again.

Skunk weed is a myth. Skunk has been around forever, and refers to the smell of weed, not always the strain. Sometimes there is a correlation between the name and the smell. But skunk has historically been a Sativa based strain, that coupled with it's high THC content is what makes people feel all paranoid and bugged out on it, because Sativa is much more of a "head high" than an Indica strain.

Anyway, stopping smoking weed is pretty easy, you just don't do it anymore. I smoked a LOT of weed every day for about 5 years straight and then just stopped and never smoked it again. haha but I had some motivation though...

I used to smoke it years and years ago. But have quit, because the 2 main people I'd smoke with, one moved away, and one died. So, I am not around it at all, have no connections now. And also just have no interest to do it anymore.

hahaha. Nah, the motivation was being hit with a large distribution and delivery charge. So I was like well, I think it's time I put this behind me.

I ahve always said that would be the one thing that could make me reconsider. First offense, not a huge deal. But would have some issues taking that risk if I already burned through my first "freebie".

In HS I was a high-ass. I quit smoking it around that age during my first year at college. As long as I had nicotine, booze and a goal to graduate I was fine. When you have a focus it makes it much easier to stop. If all your friends smoke it then you will need to get new one's until you accomplish your goal. Once you are on your feet in this world go ahead and partake in the devils lettuce as much as you like.

Pot actually helps me focus. There is more and more evidence of it's use in treating ADHD. I didn't start smoking seriously until I was 22, and not full time until I was 25. But I am far more effective at life when I smoke then when I don't. I realize I may be an exception. But doctors in medical marijuana states have been using it with much success. The Oregonian did a report last year showing ADHD kids that smoked pot tested much better than kids who did not.

It is a double edged sword in my state. There is a county in my state called Humboldt County.I dont know if anyone has heard of it.It has always been a peaceful community that looked the other way when pot was being smoked or grown in small amounts. Now it has grown into a huge problem.More and more people have come and destroyed homes with their grow houses and chemicals. Most of the people that run these grow houses have guns and the crime has gone up.Everybody there supports medical marijuana. But when huge amounts are being grown for illegal profit it becomes a huge problem. In the town of Arcata(not too far from me) it has become crazy. The town has 6 medical marijuana dispensaries and only TWO real pharmacies.Businesses have shut down and a total of 1000 or more homes have been ruined.People who once called this place home have now been shut out by the Pot Business. So its hard to get a grasp on the situation.Im not saying this because I am against it,I used to smoke daily for a long time. But I have not smoked or drank for 3 years.I am not sure but I think California was the first state to allow medical marijuana, but now it has become a problem for many people.

See?? If you just freakin legalized it, brought it above ground, regulated it a bit, taxed it a bit. You would have none of those problems. One day.
