In that case, I'll trade you four cans of Level for your Kardus. I know, it doesn't seem fair, since I really like Level and you don't like Kardus. So how about three cans?

You are brand new here so don't know what is what yet. You can ignore cj. Love him to death but he truly believes that Level is the best snus ever made. So WTF would you listen to him about ANYTHING else??? :wink: :lol: :lol:

cj may be wrong about Kardus, but he isn't all that wrong about Level. I'd have some in right now, only I was just at the Ettan love-in thread, and I got swept away by my own passion.

You can't spell LOVE without Level--well, parts of it anyway.

Agreed I liked the portions that you sent enough that I ordered some more. I wish they had it in the loose variety.

I had some of the 06 Kardus, and it was decent, but the can dried out before I went through it... so I won't say it was bad but it wasn't my go to can by any stretch. Maybe I'll give it another go for the 2010 batch since I am planning on winning the lotto anyway.

No, there is nowhere left to get it this year. Unless you find someone on this forum that bought some and did not enjoy it. Which is exactly what I did. And now I have two boxes of 2009 Kardus!!!

Years back I had purchased one of the regular tins of kardus. I was pretty new to snus at the time and it was my first experience with LOS. I thought it was pretty good, and quite different from the normal snus taste I was used to, but I really didn't have much to compare it to at the time. As I said, i was pretty new to snus for the most part.

This year my wife bought me a box of the 09, and to me, it was just the most amazing snus I've ever had. This is after about 5 years of snusing and having tried pretty much everything that's ever been made. I tend to gravitate toward the stark snus varieties. My go to is usually O2, Claq qui, and for a while I had a shameful love affair with thunder original. It lasted longer that I care to mention.

Anyway, the flavor, the nicotine kick, everything about the kardus was just amazing to me. I went through so much of it on Christmas that I was very sad to see about 2/3's left the next day. So, i scoured the internet to see if I could get more.

Luckily, Desirexe on this forum had basically a full box left that she didn't really like, and I bought it from her. A huge thank you to her as I am now completely set on kardus for a while and rationing myself to no more than two or three pris' a day!

Not a review by any means. I don't think i could name all the tastes in snus and tell you about whatever undertones there are. I just know that I am blown away by everything about Kardus 09, and I absolutely love it.

I liked the '08 better.

The '09 is very nice. I'm just not a rum junky. I will enjoy every bit of it. I'll use it up faster than the '08 also.

My '08 Kardus is special and is being rationed ever so carefully.


Like comparing a Van Gogh to a Renoir. Both are masterpieces undenied. The difference lies in subtleties and personal preference.

i like the 09, i enjoy the rum flavor. not a snus for every day, or even every week for me really, but im not usually regretful that i picked kardus. i also liked the 08 a little more i think. of course my bit of it was a year old so im not sure how it tasted originally, but it held together as a pris perfectly. the long cut 09 really falls apart on me.
