Do you eat and snus?

I'll munch on snacks, but I haven't eaten a meal with snus in. I could probably hand it with a portion just fine, but anything beyond the occasional potato chip or piece of chocolate and a pris of los is liable to be lost.

I don't eat with snus in though I have snaked before. On many occasions I actually use snus for the purpose of not snacking in the first place. When I just can't pass something up or I feel obligated I must drink something to sort of cleanse the mouth and then have a sip of water and kinda revitalize the snus.

I don't unless it's something small, like a PEZ candy or something.

I still want to lose 50 lbs to reach my desired goal, but I was always hovering in the upper 230's mid 240's, and today it was 226, and I have been eating junk. But I am starting a new eating way tomorrow.

I would like to lose weight myself. I have always felt good in the 205-215 range but haven't seen that in years. Maybe they will come out with a pizza flavored snus soon!
