I've only been snusing for a little over a month. I had the same problem. The material in the thunder frosted still irritates my gum. I use a lot of General Extra Sterk. The material seems a lot softer and doesn't cause any irritation for me. I still use Thunder frosted once or twice a day. I love the taste. It's worth putting up with a little irritation.
