The dam PXs always get it first. I suspect its the governments way of converting enlisted smokers. Especially the naval forces. No smoking whatsoever on a submarine these days.

Yah the PX is always the best place to go. I think all branches are starting a heavy anti-smoking thing. Nowadays you have to be 50 feet from a building to be able to smoke. Kinda lame.
