Since the PH is different in your stomach, you shouldn't get most of the nicotene delivered because it won't be activated. Probably won't feel anything at all, i've definately done it before with no ill side effects.

Never thought about this happening but will be something I try to avoid. I've never fallen asleep with a portion but used to just crash with a big pris of los. I would wake up amazed that it was still in my lip iand in fine form, but I would have the worst dry mouth that is possible.
