Moved my post to Anthony's thread to avoid a duplicate.

        ----

1847 and Roda Lacket Lös - New Can Designs!
A new look for 1847 and Roda Lacket Lös!

The black can of 1847 is the Original Portion and the white can is the White Portion. I'm not sure how these compare to the original, or what to think about it. The original look (despite what I think about the product itself) was really traditional. It has a very dignified look to it. However, the new look does have a different approach, and is very trendy, to say the least.

I like the new Roda look. It's simple, but trendy. Swedish Match is taking both of these products and making their look simple, but attractive.

I had people on Facebook message me, "Is that really how they make snus?" I was like "Yep. It's cleaner that way."

Actually thought the previous 1847 can was the best out there.

I suspect the real reason for changing the 1847 cans, is cost. The old metal embossed cans were nice, but the new ones, while not bad, seems just like the standard plastic can with sticker labels. It's Ok. The "new" Roda los can looks like the old one.

Same. For pure style they were unbeatable.

That's why the Thunder Video is in this thread. To make up for the cans.
