    Thunder Frosted Portions....not good lately.

Has anyone else noticed this with Thunder Frosted lately?

The portions have been rather lacking, not as full as usual, and not up to the usual quality that have.

Maybe the thunder machine was repaired with substandard parts.

Last few rolls. It's been pretty regular.

I got a couple rolls, 1 for me, 1 for friend.

Although they seemed as full as usual, they were considerably more wet than usual.

I can deal with the juice from all other snus, but this was overwhelming.

A thunder takes me at least 1.5 hrs. With this last batch, more like 30 mins.

My buddy is a newbie, and he can hardly use his roll.

I think if over-wet snus is a problem, then get a plate, and just dump them all out on the plate, and let them sit out, checking them every so often, till it's at the wetness you want. Then put them back.

They have been WAY over-wet as of late. It's the only snus I use that the can is wet on the inside when I finish the last portion! I agree with tom502... they need to be air dried before use.

Happy to see i'm not the only one who encountered this problem. I rarely use TF anymore because of this moisture. I did dry one can out but this affects there famous long lasting flavour. If I could only travel back in time...

Got an email back from Marc today.

He said they're working on making their production line more strong and precise. They have a new line, and are also ordering another one, and the portions are going to be more consistent soon.

                            From BuySnus
                            Thunder Blue
Thunder Blue has an very smooth long lasting taste of juniper berry and herbs. Thunder snus is made from the best hand selected tobacco leafs. Comes with double lid for spent portions. Only at BuySnus.com.

I didn't care for either myself, but everyone's taste is different. Now, Phantom Blue los, that's another story. Great snus.
