    Which Loose?

I'm going to be placing an order with Buysnus fairly shortly, and want to get 1 can of loose with my order. I don't think lös will really suit my snusing style, but I want to give it a try. Which snus would you recommend that is the most unique, and doesn't really have a portion comparison?

The loose versions of Goteborgs Rape and Grov Snus, in my opinion, really set themselves apart from the portion versions. Don't get me wrong, I like both in portions, but the loose versions are absolutely wonderful, especially the GR.

      Ettan!

The best introduction into the wonderful world of loose snus.

      Cheers!

yes, ettan, general or grov whould be my shoice.
It's the three single most important snus brands and tastes.
both of them taste very differently in loose form than in portion.

in my mind the göteborgs rapè loose is the most horrible snus in the world.
Not just becouse of the taste, but becouse of it's allmost muddy consistensy.

Thanks for the input guys. I was seriously leaning towards the Ettan, and I think that's what I'll probably get. It's the oldest, and I guess the most traditional snus out there, which is kind of what I'm looking for.

I'm guessing I'll stick with portions, but I want to try lös at least once. I'm too used to playing with my snus for lös I believe. I'll put it in my upper lip, and after about 10 minutes I'm moving it all over my mouth, sucking on the portion, and just playing in general. I don't think the lös will hold up well to that kind of treatment :P

Hah. Yeah, the loose won't hold up at all to that kind of treatment. But with loose, once the flavor sets in, it doesn't really need any prodding. Just leave it be and you'll soon see why loose is definitely worth a shot. And if you get the Ettan, you REALLY have to leave it alone. It's my favorite loose, but admittedly it's more prone to coming apart than other brands. At least that's the way it seems to me.

ettan is a demanding snus in loose form.
it's fine grounding and lack of sticky tadte stuff to ceap it
together means that is dons't take much.

But it's that fantastic taste that make up for the extra efort.

grov tastes quite simular, but is courser and therefore takes more
                "punishment".
But no loose will stand up to the things you do to it lxskllr.

But as you said, you should try in at least ones.

I've never had loose myself, but I think I really have to try it...
Does anyone know if Roda Lacket stays together really well? Cuz thats the one I'll get if it holds up well...if not I'll get Ettan

Roda Lacket loose stays together pretty well. It's also insanely easy to bake. I'd totally recommend it to you, especially since you've never had loose before. Good flavor, easy to bake, holds together pretty well... go for it man, get some!

                        röda lacket is like playdoe.
it's very easy to bake adn stay together well.
But it can be alittle moist for my taste.

But it's a good loose to start with.

it also tastes similar to playdoh (it's essence, not the potency) and similar to Goteborgs prima fint, which also tastes similar to play doh, and both of which like you said, in its consistency is like playdoh.
would make a realistic play doh 'turd' for an actual play-doh figure taking a dump!
