Catch is /ok/. The licorice is much "dryer", and doesn't have the oily texture proper(imo) licorice should have. AFAIC, LD is the only one you need to know about. They're the gold standard for licorice portions.

Listen to him. Truly, everything else sucks when compared to LD. There isn't any middle ground or "close". LD just rules this niche.

My favorite is offroad licorice loose. It has a lot of licorice.

I will at least throw this in - the new Catch collection "Still", says it's "Violet/Licorice", but you can't taste the licorice in it. So just letting you know that's not one that you'd be looking for. there's my advice, yay! i had something to contribute!

LD Black for portions, and Offroad licorice for lös. If you want a more herbal take, Gotland Grey lös and portions.

I tried the Catch, it really kinda sucks....

Very, very weak licorice flavor. I found the Offroad to actually have a stronger licorice flavor, it just sucks that (it seems all of) the Offroad products have that bitter-cardboard-like-nasty-ass-aftertaste, which I think comes from their portion material. I havent tried the LD yet, but since Im an absolute licorice fiend, Ill have to order some on my next go-round.
