I used irc 10 years ago, I was one of the first users of ICQ, long before they sold out to AOL. I hate chat.

I will. "occasionally"chat with a woman, but will move that to phone as soon as possible. I learned years ago that I like posting. Talk when I want, read when I want, am not be expected to respond "live"

msn messenger was the big thing in my neck of the woods at 13. then moved on to aim once i started making friends outside of my school. livejournal, then myspace, then i lost interest in internet social networking/chatting for a while. this is my first real interest in talking to others online since then.
