Here is my suggestion based on a tradition on some of the trading floors here in London.
Whenever someone loses their temper and slams their phone or starts swearing everything stops (imagine this on a busy trading floor) and the person is handed a pink handbag to keep on their desk.
The handbag stays on their desk until someone else loses it again and the ceremony is repeated. Quite cool to see the handover ceremony...
So I suggest that the next troll is "rewarded" with the removal of their post by the moderators. The offending post is then replaced with a picture of a pink handbag. This may then also apply to their subsequent posts (all) until they either leave or start to act in a civil manner.
