And everyone else, from what it looks like, I am now taken care of. I will be posting my process for finding a suitable replacement later when i get settled at work. But from what I know people have said they have done, iI am good now. I will write more later, but I needed at least a 6 month supply to make this transition well, and it looks like I have it....
