I agree with sagedil about trying the snus a few times before making a final decission. I just finished the can of probe I bought with my first order. First pris I didn't care for, I have never been a fan of straight tobacco flavor. But, as I used it more and more, I didn't mind the flavor and almost got to where I liked it.

Some of the various snuses I have tried over the past few months, I am liking the ones that taste like tobacco more and more. Not necessarily my go to choices, but I do like like them and would buy them again. The thing I noticed about snus over dip is the tobacco flavor is a lot more pure then the tobacco flavor of dip.

I've found I like the tobacco flavors much more than the other types of flavored. It seems like some of the flavored variety trys to hard to mask the flavor and ends up tasting very artificial.

And the longer you use, the more you will like the non flavored, I promise.

So doing this now about 28 months, here is how it went for me.


1 - 5 months, ALL flavored snus.

6 - 8 months - 70% flavored, 30 % tobacco

9 - 20 months 50% flavored, 50 % tobacco. i would alternate between the two

21 months - Now 20% flavored, 80% tobacco

The last change was real sudden. I just stopped liking most flavored snus. I can handle Oden's Cinnamon on a regular basis, TRYING to learn to sorta like Thunder, and still get LD Black every other month. But mostly, I just love my tobacco flavored snus now the most

I like Probe snus. I know what it tastes like. And it's good. It doesn't have a whiskey flavor like Kardus does, but it's good as what it is.

all i can say is that whiskey flavored cope started to make me feel sick. i wont ever use it again.

Probe was the first los roll that I purchased. That was about 6 months ago. I still have half a roll left. It is my dessert snus, which I tend to forget about if I don't have a can already out of the freezer. It is a great once-in-a-while snus when I want something different.

To me Probe tastes very much like American chewing tobacco (vs American dip). Way too sweet for me.
