I voted yes, but you really should have a maybe category :^P
Phantom lös isn't bad. It's not my personal preference, but I chalk that up to difference in taste, as opposed to it being bad. Portions OTOH, I wouldn't recommend to anybody. That's some of the worst I've tried, and would use almost anything in preference to it.
I voted yes based on this comment. Phantom will probably taste great in comparison to that stuff.....
Personally I think Phantom lös is overrated.
And its not like I didn't give it a fair shot. I really tried to see what the fuss was all about and used about 3/4 of a can before binning it. The windex-like smell put me off the most and seemed to permeate everything like cheap perfume. Not even the starks I use (N&J /Skruf / GES) have that strong an ammonia/windex smell.
The flavour wasn't bad (once I got over the smell) but still far far too artificial for my liking. As hard as I tried I could not pick up any of the flavour subtleties that others had referred to, just an artificial lemon taste.
I am not totally giving up on V2. Thanks to a friendly forum member I got my hands on a can of the Tobacco Top and I am interested in trying it. Will add a review to the others when I get round to it. I am also interested in trying the licorice lös, so will get some in the future.

That's pretty much my take on it. I wouldn't call it bad, it just doesn't click with me. If they release the Classic Brown lös, you should give that a try. It's pretty good, and my favorite Phantom by far.

I read your review of the Classic Brown lös and it sounded a lot more to my liking. I remember Patrick saying it will be available in a month's time (roughly). Anyone heard anything from Buysnus/Northerner? I've seen a few places on the net selling rolls of the stuff but I want to try a couple of cans first before committing to a roll buy.
They sent me 3 other tins after that review with some tweaks to the formulation. I really liked #3. It had more salt than the initial tin had. It still has that slight gin taste in the background, but the extra salt really woke it up.
If /I/ were developing it, I'd go for a different flavor profile, but the Brown's very good. It also fits well in the Phantom family, and isn't a drastic departure from it's siblings. All the Danish snus I've had(2 companies) has a similar base flavor. I guess it's the way they do things. Definitely different from the Swedish style.
Ok, I've managed to lighten up on my snus use, I really like phantom (now labeled rothbrix)
only 4 tins of the stuff left, and after using so much lös I'm torn between the use of portions which are much easier to pop in and the extra snus I get by buying lös.
It still tastes great, I think it has a bit of an herbal chocolate flavor sans sweetness.
on a lark yesterday I found a tin of camel snus in the freezer... WOW it tastes like straight AS(S)PARTAME, I seriously had to spit it out.
I think I'll be ponying up the dough to get a roll of ettan lös next time.
I am a proud American but what I am referring to are three Swedish snus I have tried recently. All are decent products that I would buy again, just not...
Started by Marc and Patrick Vogel, V2 Tobacco began manufacturing Swedish snus in Silkeborg, Denmark in 2006, to the same exacting standards that snus manufactured in Sweden is.
Below is a list of the brands and varieties produced by V2 Tobacco:
First off, ok, ok, go ahead and say I told you so. Many have posted in threads of mine and others that many newer snus users try a variety of brands and...
