    redundant LD black review

so I like 2 main categories of snus(all portions). One is a snus you can just toss in and forget about it, get on with your business. usually known as a "standby". I use lucky strike for that.

And then I like a snus that has a pleasant flavor. Something you couldn't use all day, but look forward to each time. Looking to get one of those again, I broke my own rule in the name of value and ordered a roll of LD black without trying it.

I was a little upset that there were only white portions, because I usually dig the regulars. but now I understand that this flavor could only be done well in white. When I first put it in, I almost immediately tasted licorice in my nasal cavity, which is pleasant cause I was pretty stuffed up. Then, slowly, the taste of mild black licorice blankets my mouth.

It's been an hour and it's still good. I was a little worried I would get salty hits of licorice, but the dry portion evens out the delivery perfectly.

Also, the portions are pitch black. blacker than grov svart, it seems.

glad I made a new friend. Think I'll rotate lucky strike/LD black, and doubt it will get old.

Good to see another LD Black convert . It's probably my favourite portion right now. You're right, even though it's a white portion the taste hits pretty quickly in your nose.

    All good.

Yes, LD Black is the bomb. Don't think I have ever read of anyone not liking it.

          while I'm on the warpath:

          first portion of phantom blue.

I hate the portion material, it feels so heavy and cumbersome. but almost everyone thinks that so...

it smells indeed like pledge furniture cleaner or windex. but considering that most snus doesn't smell like it tastes, I kept an open mind and put it in.

had it in a half hour, and I taste very subtle ginger flavor. That's all. first impression is that I could definitely use it on-the-cheap

          updates as they occur

LD Black has some of the softest, moistest portion material I've ever experienced. The flavor is not subtle. But its delicious, so its ok. Yay LD Black.

Thanks for deciding this for me. I'm definitely ordering some. Great review deebocools!

I'm not normally a big licorice fan at all, but I did enjoy the one can of Gotlands Grey portions I've tried, and I love the Romeo Y Julietas even tho I don't detect the licorice that I think Abstracto and others of you did...

Whatever the case LD Black it is. Next order. Looking forward to it. This is one of those snuses I never even considered trying until I read a review like this.

Didn't see the black on Norteherner. Am I missing it there?
Or am I going to have to get it on Buysus and forgo my points.

I want my points damn it.

sometimes it's located in strange section. It could be "budget" "regular" or "white" portion depending on who's selling it and why.

also, it's sometimes just labeled "salmiak" with no indication of blackness.

LD Black was in my first order from Northerner. It will definitely be in every recurring order here on out. I love it. In fact I've probably had this on in my mouth for probably wayyy too long.

                          Welcome to Snuson jr.gotti.

There is no such thing as "too long" I have had portions in for 3 - 4 hours occasionally. If I don't think to spit out, it stays.

LD Black is one of the few flavored portions I still buy. I always put one or two in any order I make.

i agree. a really really good snus.. stays moist longer than any other and maintains a strong flavor even after being opened. some snus i had tasted foul after being open a few days but the LD black never disappoints. My go to snus right after i get out of work

I've been using 2 LD blacks for every 1 lucky strike, sometimes 3. As such after a month half the roll of LD black is gone. It's been great, though. I can't imagine it leaving my rotation now
