original snus portions white

i just got some offroad cran portions and some rothbrix/phantom poritons and neither were supposed to be white, but they are pretty much white...whiter than general portions and lucky strike portions...is this normal or what?

I have never tried a V2 product, so I wouldn't know. There are some V2 devotees on this forum that can explain though.

Phantom and Offroad seem to use a lighter colored tobacco, or maybe they just process it differently. Neither is as dark as General or many of the other varieties. I notice a white, almost peach color in V2.
Thunder may be another story as I've yet to order that one. Since it seems I won't be ordering anytime soon, it may be awhile. Oh well, that will let supply catch up to demand. Seems my preferred shop is out of stock.

Remember, whites really doesn't have much to do with the bag color, it is made differently. Technically, Oynx is a white, even though it comes in a black bag

I notice the same thing with Gotlandssnus portions. They are not white portions but the tobacco in the pouch is drier than most SM white portions.
