Offroad Coffee/Vanilla

So Ive been at this for a week now with many different varieties of the Offroad, General, RL and so far the only Snus that just isn't hitting on all 4 cylinders for me is the Coffee/Vanilla.

Now I realize many here have a love/hate relationship with Offroad but I'm curious as to what I should be tasting with the Coffee/Vanilla as it just makes me feel like I got a bad can of it in general. I know some really like this flavor and as someone who appreciates straight coffee, I thought I would too but even waiting days in between trying it just isn't helping.

I'm hoping to eventually try some of the other Offroad flavors and especially some of the newer limited ones but get a little nervous when this one just doesn't taste right at all to me.

Anyone else have an opinion on the Coffee/Vanilla and/or can give me an idea of what I should be tasting with this flavor?

I have been drinking good coffee for 25 years. I tasted nothing of coffee with this, never bothered with it again.

Nope......no coffee or vanilla taste at all. Some say it has an artificial taste. I've tried about all the snus available at buysnus and northerner and this is the one I like the best. I have weird tastes I guess, but I like it. Its pretty much the only snus I use anymore. First thing every morning I load up my tin with 7 or 8 portions of coffe/vanilla and then pour a few drops of my morning coffee into the tin. I like my snus real moist. This adds a bit more flavor to the portions.
You are not alone in not liking this snus as I know there are quite a few here that don't. You might want to try the other offroad flavors cuz you never know what you might like. After several years of useing snus I find that there are only about five that I like............

Offroad Jules snus
Phantom Blue
Retro

Holy shit!! Three of the five are V-2 products!!!

That's similar to what I thought the Offroad Brandy Alexander tasted like; thick and buttery. It was my least favorite out of the roll with the exception of maybe Hot Honey. I've never had Coffee/Vanilla, but it doesn't surprise me to hear that it does not taste like the name.

For the newbies, please understand this. The vets here know PP, we love him in fact!!! But.... he has the most bizarre, most strange, unlike any other snuser who has ever lived, tastes.

LOL, just thought fair warning was in order. I'd hate to think of some new snus user innocently but misguidedly following your taste recommendations. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I got the Offroad Coffee/Vanilla when I started out & wound up chucking most of it. It had a funky taste that actually deterred me from trying any of the other Offroad flavors.

Yeah, I guess funky is the only way I can describe it as well. I do like the other Offroad flavors (haven't tried apple), although the Mrs. wants to try it and I'm sure I'll try others. I just thought maybe it was the can I got on this one.

Offroad Coffee Vanilla is THE most disgusting snus I've ever tasted.

Granted I'm only into my second week of snus-ing, but I think I kinda' like the coffee-vanilla. I didn't care for the first few portions, but the other day while having some black coffee, I had a craving and since then... it's growing on me.

I agree with the others that it doesn't taste much like coffee... but more like an artificially-flavored coffee candy... or maybe butterscotch. On its own, it's not all that great. But on a Saturday morning when you're not in a hurry and have time to sit and enjoy it with a cup of joe... it's pretty good.

It's probably won't make it into my regular order going forward... but I'm sure I will get it again occasionally.
