    How's this for weird?

I ordered a roll of Lucky Strike from BuySnus, I got it yesterday. I'm on the first can and it tastes and smells just like Pall Mall, but it's in the Lucky Strike can.

I'm hesitant to write buysnus, as I'm afraid they'll think I'm scamming them. What should I do?

I have found the two to be very similar, so maybe nothing wrong?

I would have a hard time imagining them getting the wrong snus in the can

I dunno, I think the tastes are very distinct.

Speaking of which, I just popped in my first Lucky Strike snus (original portion) about 5 minutes ago. I can't detect any unique flavor yet (which is fine by me), but the smell is pretty similar to a pack of Luckies. This is some good, non-offensive snus. I also ordered a can of Pall Mall and can't wait to try it. I plan on switching to regular portions now, since I've been on sterk/stark snus from the beginning of my journey from cigarettes. I've noticed that regular snus has a less pungent flavor compared to strong brands. I'm sure this has to do with the alkalinity and different tobacco leaves used.

The pouch has now been in for about an hour. I'm loving the flavor! I can definitely pick up on the toasted flavor, which is much more predominant now.

            You're lucky. No toasted here

From what my experience is: Pall Mall is a bit less salty and has a very mild citrus hiding in the background.

Luckies are just salty, salty, and more salty

Me can tell a big difference between the two since I don't respond well to smoke extractive. Lucky Strike is smokier for certain but otherwise they are similar. There's also a bergamot hint in Pall Mall which I've never picked up in Lucky Strike.

Exactly. And I'm positive that these portions are not Lucky's.

I'm surprised BAT would make a mistake like that. Perhaps there was a trainee factory worker who was dyslexic?

I dunno, I'm hoping it's just this one can.

Oh well, hopefully your other cans of Luckies don't contain Pall Mall!

Anyway, I'm starting to LOVE Lucky Strike. I have been drinking and chain snusing Luckies all night. In my opinion, the aroma is perfect; it has a robust yet mellow tobacco aroma that is almost addictive to smell (I have been taking whiffs out of the can throughout the night). Lucky Strike does not have the pungent odor most portion snus has. The flavor reminds me of cigarettes more than snus, which is something I've yet to find. I've read that Pall Mall has a more traditional snus flavor. I'm excited to try the Pall Mall once I kill this can of Luckies.

I will submit a review of all the "regular" portions I have tried (since I've been using strong snus almost exclusively since quitting cigarettes). I've yet to try my unopened cans of Pall Mall (original), General (original), or Ettan (original) portions. The flavor of Lucky Strike is awesome, and it will definitely part of my roll orders.

I was very excited to try Lucky Strikes, and my expectations have been exceeded. As well, the can itself is worth the price.

I can taste lemon in lucky strikes pretty strongly...
