Northerner Ordering Issues...

This is exactly the reason I stopped using northerner to the UK. It took forever and then eventually custom took my shipment. No reimbursement from northerner.

Hi Frida,

My Northerner order was shipped on 4th November from the Danish Warehouse. I am still yet to receive the order. It was sent to Italy so certainly should not be as delayed as this. I have sent numerous emails to the customer support address via the website, but I just get generic emails back asking me to confirm the address.

My order number is 8000157952 and amounted to €40 which is a lot for me on an impoverished teachers salary! I would really like to get this cleared up! My first order with Northerner... I ordered from snusline two weeks after my order with Northerner, and that arrived from Israel a week ago with no problems.

tried ordering chewing tobacco from northener.com some time in 2013/14 to germany. payed the bill, nothing ever arrived. customer support claimed it was a customs issue. i contacted my local customs. they didn't have anything (and if they did, they'd have to contact you).
when i confronted customer support about this, they simply broke off contact.
2016 after hearing that some "issues" were worked out at the company i gave it another try and ordered a medium amount of american chewing tobacco. however, again, i payed my bill and nothing arrived. and again northener claimed it was probably a customs issue. i checked with customs who, again, knew of nothing.

summing up: 0 out of 3 orders arrived and i payed 80 euros in total. so i concluded that this company northener.com is obviously fraudulent.
so i was wondering if any of you could tecomend a reliable chewing tobacco source that ships to europe.

I've ordered with the northerner a bunch of time and when it's getting shipped from the U.S. Warehouse it always seems to ship WAY quicker. I've waited a week or more from the Swedish one, but never more than a day from the American one so can't help you, as for a supplier doesn't mr snuff also sell chew and dip to Europe?
