I went to the state capital while visiting my brother and his wife in springfield....the unnecessary marble from italy and some 3rd world county along with crystal chandeliers from the chech republic and somewhere else is a strong symbol of our state's proud heritage of spending millions of dollars for something that could have had a cost of 29 cents for a lightbulb. It's sad to see I make a significantly higher wage per hour that coworkers in other states yet I still have less money in my paycheck because of our taxes. Those high scandinavian taxes don't scare me, atleast they get some kind of use from them. If it's norway or sweden you want, you let me know I could be a good roomie while we start our new lives abroad.

I actually saw General Loose in a local shop for about $4.50 a can here in a town of 40,000 people. Check your local head shops and stuff you might find it. It was truly a mind blowing experience for me

Maybe..... I may need someone to watch my back while I reload...but...I live in a State that has all ready adopted a ban. The reloading will be rather crucial.

If this passes you can join the other nine or so states that don't allow snus to be imported. The work around is to order from one of the companies that do not have a US distribution set up as in buysnus and snuscentral, but no more Northerner.

I am very curious if this also (it must) relate to the online sale of cigars.

Cigars were specifically exempted from on-line regulations by the PACT Act and the Tobacco Control Act. That's why a lot of US cigar eStores stopped carrying snus; it became too much work. If Cali does include cigars in their tobacco ban, I doubt they would seriously enforce it.

Wait so you can still get Snus shipped to you even though you have an online tobacco ban in your state? Does that mean I can still get snus shipped to me in California from Snuscentral/Buysnus after this rolls over?
