Just thought I'd give a quick update on this as I'm finishing the last portion of the last can right now. Initially I didn't really like any of them. After 2-3 portions I started to really like 152 and almost tasted an apple or citrus flavor, I thought 247 was just ok, and still hated 549 after 3 portions. I finished off the 152 and still liked it (even though I wish it was a tad sweeter i.e. less bitter) then I finished off the 247. By the time I was done with the 247 the smokey heat flavor really grew on me and it became my favorite. Now that the 549 is gone it is still my least favorite as well as the strongest in my opinion but I enjoyed it much more then at the beginning. I don't know if I would regularly order any of them but I certainly wouldn't turn down a portion of 247 or 152.

247 in now. I like this one. It has an earthy, herbal flavor, and almost tastes smoky. I'd have to try them all again, but I think this is my favorite of the set. I'd rank them 247-549-152. 549 is too similar to the classic imo, and 152 was too plain.

    totally agree

Ohhh. I know elderberry! We cut some off trees here in Oregon to make syrup and jelly. They aren't really edible but when cooked very refined. Thanks

PS - I never made it on to this testing panel ... just too late! Shame.
We made our own elderflower cordial last summer, they grow in abundance around here, beautiful stuff!

So when is it coming for sale? Now that I've gotten used to all three which initially I yucked. Live and learn. What is "flader" taste?
