Anybody tried Grand Prix yet? I picked up some original but haven't tried it yet.

No. I was looking like crazy for some about a month ago. From what I've seen it's probably a lot like Tourney, which frankly sucks. Not at all like Triumph, a US marketed brand which is delicious. -
Is Grand Prix widely available around Raleigh? I'll be passing through in a couple weeks and thought about trying to pick one up.Comment

It wasn't repulsive, but not good eather. I only tried one portion of the original. To be honest I could not detect any flavors I usualy run across in snus, just bland.Comment

I picked it up in Spring Lake, right outside of Fayetteville. For 2.50 a "tin" it's not bad. It tastes like a cross between LD and Goteburg Rape. VERY salty.
The label says "Made in Sweden under the authority of LIGGET GROUP MEBANE NC". It really tastes like genuine Swedish snus.
I just spit it out after about ten minutes. I started getting some Offroad harshness off of it. Overall for the $ not bad. For those of you who think American snus is subpar you should give this a try.Comment

If anyone has happened to try Tourney than they can say the have tried Grand Prix. Same thing, stale white version of Roots.Comment
