Catch Licorice

Had a couple of portions of this today, the licorice flavour is very subtle, and there's a much stronger spicy flavour to it than the Gotesborgs Rape.

I'm not sure it's something I'd have again, I'm curious about the Eucalyptus variety though.

Is the LD black more licoricey?

LD Black is way more licoricey. It has a silky smoothness that I haven't found in any other licorice snus. It's in my top 5 favorite portions.

I dont like licorice at all, but I will echo what Ix said. The LD black is an incredibly smooth flavor. I actually finished the entire can. I won't ever order it again as licorice isnt my thing, but I think it will satisfy what you are looking for.

LD black is probably the longest lasting of any flavor I've tried. If you like licorice it definitely has it.
Flavor fades after a while, but just move it around a little to rejuvenate it. Like the fact that it really doesn't seem to turn bitter if you forget about it.

Not really a staple for me, but nice to have on hand for something different.

Metropol is very similar to the Catch if memory serves me. I had a mild preference for the Metropol, but they were close enough that it didn't make a big difference. LD is the way to go if you like licorice. I haven't had a snus that comes close to it for flavor. I have a tin of Offroad licorice lös in my freezer, but I haven't tried it yet. I don't have high hopes for it, but I'd love to find a good licorice lös.

Let me echo what others have said. I like licorice, and have tried them all. I was very disappointed in Metropol, and did not like catch at all. The LD Black is a staple of mine, nothing else comes even close.

I'll be getting some LD next order then, I cn't wait to finish what I have so can buy some more!

I've got some LD Black now, and wow what a difference. Much stronger and much nicer.

It really is in a class by itself, I have tried every licorice snus, and LD is the one.

I was worried it would taste too fake, but it tastes like licorice root. And I dig the black portion pouch thingies 8)
