Another solution would be to rename some of the brands "moist anal snuff". Things like anal snuff are not regulated, to the best of my knowledge, and thus 100% legal.

As i understand it, the law is unclear, so they got acquitted. My best guess is this, a while back i remember a post that talked about snus being exported from Sweden vs snus exiting Sweden. I can't remember much about it, but i guess it had something to do with that, or i could be miles off course.

I wasn't aware that they were closed down???? If that is the case, i sympathise with them and their employees. The point i was making was i believe there was something else, apart from them unsure as to the EU shipping, which led to them being acquitted.
