I have a friend who has been afraid of heights - he had a bit of the same problem with bridges and he said that it helps a lot when he is looking at the entire structure like looking out at the pillars and at the road(whatever you wanna call it) in the middle where the lampposts are.

When making loose snus how you have to mill tobacco
Deferent sizes
One size
As it is I have not seen the answer to this but I think Deferent sizes would be correct because the leaves are not the same size after they are seperated and the grind is different after they are milled
