Well, I'm surprised that you're surprised that I'm surprised, lol. I'm only talking about our US distribution brands, so that excludes any General brands. Only Jak's, Thunder, Oden's and Northerner brands. I specifically price our brands to our distributor so that it can be sold for less than it can be purchased online (including the taxes). If we aren't seeing this, I'd like to know the shops in question...but as I said, only on our brands. So let me know

Ah, I see, my misunderstanding as I thought you were talking about all online snus ordering. Perhaps I'll get a roundtrip BART ticket and try your SF shop again.Originally posted by rickcharles606Well, I'm surprised that you're surprised that I'm surprised, lol. Snus in my town is $8.75/can regardless of brand. Specifically Rick, that would be Tobacco Patch, both locations in downtown Seattle. That price is ridiculous. I just made an order that came to $4.05/can. Granted, it was not with Northerner.
Edit - $8.75 includes all taxes.

That's a problem Roo, because I can only compare the pricing with Northerner because we're the only site that's fully in compliance with PACT in my opinion. The other sites just don't charge the state taxes so there's no way to make an apples to apples comparison. Thanks for the info brotherOriginally posted by RooSnus in my town is $8.75/can regardless of brand. Specifically Rick, that would be Tobacco Patch, both locations in downtown Seattle. Yeah Tobacco Patch is way too high, even the Kirkland one. There's a shop near me that sells General for 5 bucks a can or like Seattleite said, BJs in Fife has the best prices, if you want to drive 140 miles round trip.Originally posted by RooSnus in my town is $8.75/can regardless of brand. Fife is deep dude, any way you slice it. It's Tacoma, and to get there one must risk sitting in gnarly traffic on I-5. If it were 30 miles down a winding country road with beautiful scenery it would be a different storyOriginally posted by The SeattleiteWhere do you live? Marysville?

The traffic on I-5 can be brutal, no doubting that. But as soon as you enter Fife, you take the next exit (137), make a left at the light and drive about a mile and you're home free.Originally posted by RooFife is deep dude, any way you slice it. Until you're done and have to drive back home lol. Yeah the prices are great, and the Odens is great. I'll have to give it another try and hopefully I will get a clerk who has a clue what's what and what is in stock. I just knew there were oden's portions stashed in the back of that beer fridge but it was too hectic in there and I had already swapped everything out twice and wasted everyone's time behind me in line. An hour ago I got up from my desk at work, walked one block from Washington St. to Yesler St. and got me some General and Thunder. I don't much care for either of those, and I did pay $17.50 for TWO cans, but the convenience factor kicked ass. Walking one block beats the hell out of driving to Tacoma.Originally posted by The SeattleiteThe traffic on I-5 can be brutal, no doubting that. Give them a call before you leave and ask them to hold your snus for you. They're more than happy to do that, and you'll save a lot of time.

Damn if you're up near Arlington, you should ask Rick to load up that Indian smokeshop right before Anacortes. That would be convenient. I thought you were in Mukilteo?Originally posted by CoderGuyActually up near Arlington, long way to go to save a few bucks, but I have done it.
