Northerner lost me as a customer long ago with their terrible customer service, terrible shipping times, and terrible communication practices. Even if they fixed it now, they lost me forever back then.

On top of this, BOFA charged me $1.65 for "International transaction" with northener.... never happened with buysnus.
Also, I hate that northener put tons of warning labels all over the tins, I can't even see what kind of snus underneath
