I'm beginning to wonder about my order from icetool.com. I ordered on Friday morning and never received any shipping email, and they are not responding to any of my emails.

Aluminum? If so, it shouldn't be terribly difficult to bore it out a little. Wrap some sandpaper around a skewer, and sand away. You could do the same to the stainless too, but it'll take a lot longer.

I hate the Prismaster. There isn't anything I like about it. I'd use it in an emergency for Gellivare, or Landströms, but otherwise I'd rather use my IceTool, or hand bake. Ghetto tools work well too, but I haven't used one in ages.

Without the o ring does it slide quickly and smoothly?

tried chapstick? in my experience, the ring will still bind with oil, but a bit of chapstick works great.

I think the icetool is worth every penny. Yes I got mine free just like Roo lol. But still I love it and I actually plan on buying one maybe a 4ml in a blue. To me los snus is a big treat for me and spending 40 bucks on something that'll last a lifetime is a wise investment. I never used the prismaster and don't intent to. Looks like cheap plastic and you can't even adjust the size of the prilla. Fail.

I just recently started trying los again and got a Prismaster. It works, but I don't like the shape and it keeps breaking up when I put it in so I ordered an IceTool. It will be here tomorrow, so I will see if it's the tool or Me lol

I have a Prismaster, an Ice Tool and a home made Ice tool made out of aluminum tube and rod. Mine doesn't look as good as the one I saw on here....but it works.

All work but the Ice tool and the homemade tool work better for me.

Word to the wise for anyone considering an icetool: don't take anti-icetool advice from someone who has never used an icetool If you were trying to decide whether to take a cheap vacation to a beach in Southern California, or spend more money on a trip to Hawaii, it would help to talk to someone who has been to both Southern California and Hawaii, right? Or what if someone assured you that you don't need to ever try a grilled ribeye or a roasted prime rib to know that a boiled chuck fillet is just as good? Comparison is key to any consumer decision.
