So I was out of town all weekend and my wife washed my work clothes.... If you knew my wife bless her heart youd know shes an idiot. She washed my pants and failed to check the pockets......(if you have half a brain you already know where this is going). I was going to crack a new can of snus for the week but i was running late and in my haste I forgot to grab a can(worst nightmare) So Im at work feening for my vitamin N and I reach down and feel a familiar round bulge in my pants! Elated I pull out a can of General White Sterks. Then I remember they were left there from the week before I cautiously open the can not knowing what to expect. Low and behold its as if my washing machine doubles as a snus converter. Put white portions in get OPs out! It still smelled like general and I really didnt want to buy a can of skoal to get me through so I braved a portion fearing the taste of soap.... but I couldnt detect even a hint. However the fabric softener did wonders for mouth feel! Ive never experienced a more delightful snus experience. Not sure if the pH was affected but it sure felt like it that little portion kicked like a mule in a good way. I think I just might launder all my snus from here on out! Has anyone else ever done this????

I put a can through the wash the other day. I caught it before the dryer though... stained my pants, soaked the portions... lose/lose

Luckily there were Black Tactical pants... No Stain!

I tossed a couple cans into a cooler once when going to the lake, and by the end of the day the ice had melted, and the cans of snus had water in them. I promptly dumped the water from the portions and used the rest of the can over the next couple days. The snus was Goteborg's rape...but had become op's as expected. All in all...not bad, lol

I have yet to wash snus......I did jump in a pool with a tin of portions in my pocket last summer. They went right. In the trash.....wasnt taking any chances.

Good thing I had some los in the cooler...
