    I got a $7 bill also,
    It stated that it was for $116.00 worth of goods, it was 2 cans.

    The charges were .17 cents for tariff
    .37 cents for duty
    and 6.50 for UPS as a processing fee.

    I was not happy about the bill, but I love the lime snus.

    What pisses me off is UPS charging the bulk for a processing fee.

    I wouldn't have either if it were a roll or 5 tins, But paying $5 to get it because it was sent to the wrong address and then to get a bill for $7 on top of that for 1 tin of the lime and the other was a tin of the apple from another thread is a bit much and took me off guard is all... Like I said the $5 I didn't mind so much and was my choice to pay it so I could change the address to get it at my local UPS store otherwise I would have been posting that I never got it... My UPS is the only reason I knew any of this was going on... Most on here don't have a My UPS account...

    Hell! Don't get me wrong I really appreciate GN sending me the sample tin of lime portions because I love them when I'm out and about and want a Diet coke or pepsi because I like my coke with lemon and lime and alot of places don't have lime so I already have the portion in and get the lime flavor.... I just have to dole them out only when I want that coke or I could burn through this can in a few days like duff did...

    Nah! I wouldn't worry about it.... This kinda thing only happens to me with my luck.... But I'm glad I signed up for My UPS otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my sample of this great snus and it alerted me to the faulty address that they could not deliver to... Just today I had an email from them and I was like what is coming... Then it dawned on me what I had ordered last week from another web site.... I mean when you order a product online you know when it ships from them, But My UPS let's you know a day or so before it's being delivered.... Kinda neat feature...

    I don't think they would notify you if a package got lost, But if a delivery attempt is made and was the wrong address they alert you....

    Hey GN! I received your lime los package yesterday. Thanks, I wasn't expecting a whole roll for a sample. This is the best snus I have had in my life. I will buy this stuff by the case when it is released.

    GN, Not really sure how to answer this... I guess a little of all 3 although I don't see how any tobacco rules would apply.... I'm bit dissapointed at you for not getting my address correct after pm'ing it several times to you and because of that I had to pay a bit to get a delivery change of address to have it delivered to my ups store otherwise I would have never gotten it at all, Not really a big deal.... I understand mistakes can happen with addresses, But I thought these were to be a snus sample as you posted, I guess I'm wondering why you did not mark it as a snus sample as you have done in the past on the package... I don't have the package or the bill that UPS sent me any longer but I know one was marked oral tobacco and the other was marked chewing tobacco.... I'm not sure any tobacco rules apply here as I did not purchase or pay for any tobacco... So I guess I'm wondering how can UPS be sending me a bill for Duty and customs fees for something I did not pay for or purchase.... Just to make it clear that these fees are seperate from me having to pay to have these samples delivered to a change of address to my loacal UPS store....

    I'm a bit confussed as to what is going on here since resnor has now gotten a bill from UPS... The best I can tell so far is that you GN have to fill out a declarations as to the contents of the package when you send the sample to the US, But instead of putting snus sample as you have done in the past you are putting that the content is chewing tobacco or oral tobacco thus UPS wanting fees from me, resnor and guess we will have to see who else will now get one ... Fees that UPS should be getting from you then since I ordered nothing, paid for nothing, so I should not owe anything from UPS.... I'm Not trying to be a dick here but trying to understand what has changed here with you sending samples... Something is wrong and I don't think it has anything to do with tobacco laws...

    I'm just trying to make you aware that there is a problem here that did not exist before and would like you to look into what has gone wrong with you sending samples... I really don't think everyone wanting a sample here is going to want to get a bill for fees for a sample do you?

    BTW: I also want to make it clear that Oden's Extreme lime portion is my favorite Oden's product to date and would love to try it in Loose.

UPS claimed they had no way of contacting me either and one of their next options was to send it back to the shipper GN... Thank God I had the option via UPS My Choice account to have the package delivered to my UPS store here in town, But with a $5.00 fee to me.... This all took a week for me to do.... Figured it would be better to pay then get nothing at all and avoid the hassle..... But I was wrong... It got worse...

    Yesterday I got a bill from UPS wanting Duty and customs fees and such for this package in the amount of around $7.95 and stated if I didn't pay it by May 21st I think it was, They would access a late fee charge on top of it.... I promptly shredded it, So I don't have it handy.... WTF.... I already payed $5 for something that was supposed to be a free sample, But UPS says it was marked Oral Tobacco and came from sweden and that I now owe an addtional $7.95..... I ain't paying that shit... UPS can kiss my happy white $ss..... I really love the sample of Oden's Extreme lime portion, But not that much.... This was a sample sent to me... I didn't order anything so I ain't paying anything... End of story.
    Now Jagmans you are desapointed at me , UPS or tobacco rulles it self ?
