Always been that way in Europe. Always had to pay Swedish Tobacco Tax + EU Sales Tax. Ordering from offshore to EU your local Customs sends you the bill instead. Enjoy you duty free whilst it lasts

well that what we get from UPS fpr delyvery of one kg and ther is options on how fast it will come to US 2 days 3 days 5 days if you by 2 stocks it is same prise for los and 5 stocks portion and 8 stocks white portion
