Hello everybody.

As you can see this is my first post and it starts with questions. I’ve been using snus for about the last 6 years and, I’ve only just found out about the EU ban, after visiting northerner for my normal 12 week order. I can honestly say I am really P***ed off about it. I did a quick Google and found this site, then found the link for odens snus, put my order in so it’s happy days. THANK YOU Odens

Now for the questions: How on earth can I get some Ettan and General into the UK without a 2 day £500 quid mini holiday to Sweden for 60 cans? I’ve found premiumsnus, can any of you guys in the UK tell me what you’re doing now? Any problems with premiumsnus and/or customs ?

Also, I did an order from northerner for 10 cans of Phantom classic portion and, 8 cans of dip from the US. Now then, Northerner say....“For EU customers orders will be sent in separate batches (up to 10 cans each).”

Is it getting past customs or are you guys getting hit with big bills and saying “sod it” ? A couple years back I did an order for 10 cans of dip and that got to me OK but, have things changed since the PACT Act ?

Customs haven't stopped any of my orders into the UK and if they ever did I'd expect charges to be reasonable.
I'd order from www.odenssnus.com if you want it in the UK in 4 days or if you want the wait order from www.northerner.com US which will take 2 weeks IF they've got what you want in stock.

Getting Swedish Match products is difficult but to me it's not much of a loss as I'm an Odens man these days anyway. If you can get your hands on some Extreme don't hesitate - it's excellent.
If you want Swedish Match products PP is your man I think.

Where did you pull out the 500 quid figure from?
I've seen 24 pound round trips to Stockholm with Ryanair. Add taxi/transport and hostel you've got 70-100 quid or more depending on how long you stay.


If you want to order online, then you can try buying from Premium Parrots, or someone else through the snuson auctions, or the trade thread.

I have yet to find an online store that would ship Swedish Match products to the EU, but if you go to the Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, then you will be able to order your General, they aren't in the EU.

I'll just add - If you order from Northerner US, your order doesn't get tax added as you're buying outside of the EU. The chances are that your order will not get stopped by customs - Snusify (UK) said that only about 2 in 10 of his orders got stopped and there wasn't much of a charge on them either.

So, my point. If you order from Northerner US you're getting snus at half the price you would have bought it for if you bought within the EU.

That's what i got coming: Oden's Extreme Loose x 5 and Olde Viking Original Portion x 10. I wish i'd more extream now after reading about it, it sounds lovely

Well....

I live on the Isle of Wight so trust me on this... Just getting to the Airport and back will cost just over a ton. I figure another 100 for a room for a couple nights (+food) 60 tins of snus and i bet i don't get much change from £200, we're up to £400 now, IF i can get a fifty quid flight that's £450 with an extra £50 for just in case = 500 for a couple nights
