What time does your UPS man bring your Snus to YOU?

I know because they never come when I'm actually home. My roommate has to sign for it.

Express usually around 8:30 a.m., but as late as 10 a.m.; regular can be anything from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m, depending on time of year.

express comes at 7-8 pm. regular comes at 12:30 pm

Usually right at 1PM. Though if hes a little late he'll pull over on the side of the road, knowing Ill be on my way to work. Dude is awesome.
