I have entertaining the idea of opening one here in Canada that will cater to Canada and even the US where US buyers can get the "other" brands that are not available in the US ... really appealing idea but the laws here are so fascists, you need to get a tobacco license from the federal government, the local provincial governments have nothing to do with it, talk about centralized control

nope, http://www.swedishsnus.com/ deliver to the US.
only snus2.se out of those stores has anything worth looking at for Europeans, nothing compares price-wise to schweden-snus.com, but snus2.se has some weird items like X2 los, tubs of los with funny imitation brands, make your own snus, and non icetool accessories

EDIT: ah I forgot, snusjet.com has that tax free thing going which is awesome, but their selection is so small it's pathetic.
