    New Thunder Snus/Taboca Los discontinued

Larry has a new article at SnusCentral.org - something about a new Thunder Snus and one or two of the Taboca's being discontinued.

Oh great, another Thunder snus that is extremely too strong for my tastes. And Taboca is gone. This is a sad day for snus.

Awesome. I love cola flavor as well. If it tastes anything like Toque Coke snuff, I'll be in heaven. Looks like my next snus order will be on Feb 1st. Being that it is Thunder, I am doubting a los version which will be a shame.

I am looking forward to it - Stark and cola - seems like a perfect pairing.

Wasn't that in the same limited edition a few years ago that had cherry and one that was honey or something? If I remember right..

The cola should be good if they use something similar to the SnusX cola flavor - that stuff was the bomb.

Was it any good? Cola flavor might not be bad once in a blue moon. I can just see the anti tobacco Nazi's fighting hard to not let this flavor get here.

I believe so, the other was Hot Honey, if I recall. I had the Cola and the Hot Honey.

it's been a LONG time since I had that, and I don't think I liked it. But I was new to snus back then too...

I remember getting a tin of the moonshine snus and I just tossed it.

I know Cola flavors are not popular as shisha (hookah) tobacco, so I'd be hesitant to call this something really exciting. Too bad about Taboca.

Cola predated the hot honey. It was in the previous years' set. I only remember 2 of them from the set. Cola and apple. The cola was tolerable, but I wasn't a fan. It had a gritty, salty taste, but it was also peculiarly effervescent. V2 was still very new at that point though, and it very well may be a good bit better now.

                        Edit:
That's too bad about Taboca. I won't miss it, other than the principle of losing a good snus, but Gotland Gul has a similar flavor, and one I prefer to Taboca. The metal cans sure were snazzy though.

                        Edit2:
Peach was another flavor. This is driving me nuts. I have 2 more to remember :^D I think the other 2 are coffee vanilla, and brandy Alexander, but I might be confusing them with later sets.

"Taboca Portion Snus appears to still be a production product currently . . ."
                          *sigh of relief*

". . . but for how long remains uncertain"
                          *panic mode*
Looks like I won't be waiting for an order. This is my absolute favorite snus.
Thanks for the heads-up. I'll keep my fingers crossed this one lasts, but I'll be planning for the worst.

Yea, they were both portions first, but I can't remember which set. I think I'm gonna go with the first set. I know one of the tins had a cream color on the label. That first set also had metal tins. They were pretty basic, but elegant in a subdued way :^)

A genuine interest in snus is what led the brothers Marc and Patrick Vogel to launch V2 Tobacco in 2006. Production began on a small scale, but increased as a result of demand until the brothers outgrew their factory. ...
