I had surgery on the front part so when I do dip I dip on the sides. So I only do it occasionally and try to get dip that's not terrible on my gums.
I've heard that the Cope Wintergreen is hard on the gums but it feels pretty soft to me.

I haven't tried any sterk los yet, I have two cans
